Responsibilities:
- Verify insurance coverage and eligibility for patients - Follow up on outstanding claims - Coordinate with insurance companies to resolve any claim issues or discrepancies - Communicate with patients regarding their insurance benefits and coverage - Assist patients in understanding their insurance policies and answering any questions they may have - Maintain accurate and up-to-date insurance records for each patient - Collaborate with the billing department to ensure accurate billing and reimbursement
Experience:
