We are a personal injury law firm headquartered in Roseville, California.
This is an entry level position with room to grow.
We are looking for a front office receptionist for our Roseville, Ca office.
Responsibilities include:
-Answering the phones on a multi-line system -Setting up the conference rooms for intakes, meetings, depositions -Greeting clients and visitors to the firm -Will assist legal secretaries with various jobs -Will handle both the incoming and outgoing mail -Data entry for client files Candidate must have a positive and friendly attitude.
Candidate must be able to work both independently and in a team environment.
Candidate must be competent in Microsoft Office and be well organized.
Other qualifications include:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience with functionality of a legal office is a plus Attention to detail and ability to multi-task A quick learner with good written and problem solving skills A dependable work ethic and commitment to providing quality service and a friendly environment A desire to grow with and within the company At Penney and Associates we believe in a professional, enjoyable work environment that places an emphasis on quality client care.
Penney and Associates offers competitive pay, ranging from $16-$20 an hour.
