Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities Manages and leads a program involving multiple functions and project teams to drive the engineering development and implementation process of new methods or tools. Provides domain-specific expertise and overall software systems leadership and perspective to cross-organization projects, programs, and activities. Leads multiple project teams of other software systems engineers and internal and outsourced development partners responsible for all stages of design and development for complex products and platforms, including solution design, analysis, coding, testing, and integration. Develops and directs development of schedules, critical deliverables, budget, resource allocation plan, and other support requirements for assigned program. Manages activities of supporting project teams and internal development partners; ensures progress against established plan and makes determinations based on analysis of business information to alter or update schedule and resource allocation to meet product requirements and development schedule. Communicates program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to product stakeholders; collaborates with management and internal manufacturing and development partners to recommend and implement changes to product, processes, or business practices to resolve escalated issues, produce solutions, and ensure adherence to budgets and established product roadmaps and schedules. Manages and expands relationships with internal and outsourced development partners on software systems design and development. Reviews and evaluates designs and project activities for compliance with systems design and development guidelines and standards; provides tangible feedback to improve product quality and mitigate failure risk. Drives innovation and integration of new technologies into projects and activities in the software systems design organization. Provides guidance and mentoring to less- experienced staff members. Education and Experience Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, Engineering, or equivalent. PMP/PMI certification preferred but not required Typically 6-10 years of relevant experience. Knowledge and Skills Extensive experience with using project and program planning tools and software packages to create, manage, and track project results. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Demonstrated business acumen and successful experience managing all aspects of programs, including communicating with stakeholders and directing matrix teams and resources. Familiar with advanced Excel features, Microsoft VBA language, SQL platforms. Experience in overall architecture of software systems for products and solutions, of efficient data models. Designing and integrating software systems running on multiple platform types into overall architecture. Evaluating forms and processes for software systems testing and methodology, including writing and execution of test plans, debugging, and testing scripts and tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language. Ability to effectively communicate product architectures, design proposals and negotiate options at senior management levels. Impact/Scope Collaborates with peers, junior engineers and program managers, technicians, and external and internal manufacturing and design partners. Typically interacts with high- level Individual Contributors, Managers, Directors and Program Core Teams. Leads multiple projects requiring data-modeling and software systems development. Drives design innovation. Complexity Addresses business planning needs within a business function. Understands the business model and external environment within assigned area of responsibility. Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
