Veterinary Client Service Representative

We are looking to add to our collaborative team of dedicated client service representatives.
Our team enjoys working together to provide excellent client service and patient care to our community.
We are looking for someone with a positive personality, strong communications skills, who thrives working in a high paced environment.
We have a large number of incoming calls from clients and referring veterinarians.
Our CSR team must be comfortable communicating with clients, veterinarians, and team members.
We are a 24 hour emergency and specialty hospital so we share weekends and holidays.
Preference will be given to someone with veterinary reception experience and IDEXX Cornerstone experience is a plus but not required.
Comfort with computers, various software, and multi-line phone systems is necessary as we have exclusively electronic medical records.
This is the ideal position for a skilled veterinary client service representative or technician looking for a change.
