We are seeking a motivated individual to work in our corporate office and join our productive team.
RentPros Property Management specializes in single-family real estate management throughout the Greater Sacramento Area.

Applicants must have a happy demeanor, strong customer service skills; possess excellent communication skills; be very organized and detail-oriented; and be able to meet deadlines in a timely manner.
Multitasking and prioritizing are a MUST in this position.
Knowledge of any property management software or inspection program is a plus.
Duties include:
1.
Receive incoming calls and emails from residents when they need a repair at their property 2.
Review estimates and present the estimates to property owners 3.
Coordinate repairs with the vendors 4.
Ability to multi-task and handle a portfolio of properties at different stages of repair 5.
Performing annual inspection of occupied properties around the Great Sacramento Area Requirements:

Physical requirements - Able to sit at a desk and work throughout the day using a phone and a computer, walk properties traversing stairs, opening doors and windows, bending, stooping and legally driving a car.

Previous property management and Fair Housing Training a plus 8.
Minor construction background or home inspection knowledge a plus 9.
Detail-oriented 10.
Computer skills - knowledge of outlook email and calendar, Docusign, basic Excel 11.
Customer-service / sales experience a plus 12.
Possess a friendly, flexible and approachable demeanor Pay and
Benefits:
? Starting at $22.
00 per hour with a raise to $23.
00 after completion of 90-day probationary period.
