Candidate must be able to work in-person (non-remotely) at our Roseville, CA distribution center.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Managing incoming orders and sending orders to the warehouse for picking Entering data for outgoing shipments into various customer portals Billing customer orders Taking customer orders / general customer support via ERP system Handling customer inquiries via phone, email and chat as needed The candidate should possess the following skills:
Ability to work independently and self-sufficiently Ability to handle busy workloads Excellent attention to detail.
