We are looking for a motivated, hardworking, career-minded, and enthusiastic Call Center Customer Service Associate at our Roseville Distribution Center.

Receive and respond to customer calls regarding questions, concerns, delivery, sales and service issues Provide phone assistance to delivery, customer service and store departments Follow-up with customer issues and service requests in a timely and professional manner All other duties as assigned WHAT YOU WILL BRING ALONG:
Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills Must have the ability to handle difficult situations with customers Basic computer and typing skills needed Must be able to multi-task, pay attention to details and follow through with assigned tasks Must be dependable and self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision Call center experience preferred WE WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED We provide onsite training and one on one coaching from our support staff.
Overtime may be required depending on workload.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
