We are currently seeking a Assistant Manager to join our team at , a 255 unit apartment community in Roseville, MN.
Until the property is operational, you will act as a roving Assistant Manager to support other apartment communities in the greater Twin Cities area.
In addition to the hourly rate, a sign on bonus of $1,500 minus taxes will be included if hired by 1/31/22! ($750 after 30 days of employment; $750 after 6 months of employment) This role is also eligible for a $1,000 bonus minus taxes upon submitting proof of COVID-19 vaccination! Position
Summary:
As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Community Manager with the daily operations of the property.

Responsibilities:
Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service Assist the Community Manager to train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel Establish positive relationships within the community Be on-call as scheduled by management
Qualifications:
1 - 2 years previous property management experience preferred Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferred Yardi software experience preferred Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed Dominium requires all front-line employees to either provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or undergo regular COVID-19 testing :
