1.
Answer phone calls, returning customer voice messages, review and process Emails 2.
Distribute roof leads to sales personal, Marketing of company services.
3.
Transfer calls to appropriate personal based on concern or request of the caller 4.
Greet customer walking's, assist with their needs and questions regarding jobs/projects or any other of their concerns 5.
Help to prepare for company meetings, events or marketing trade shows 6.
Remind all field employees to email copy of purchase receipts with job address on 7.
Assist Office personal when needed with additional request, assist with filing and organizing 8.
Collect all receipts on every job from Field Supervisor, all receipts to be tagged with job name and submitted to General Accounting Manager for review and reconciliation 9.
Schedule roof inspections and repairs on completed projects in case of complaint filed from client (only on client complaints received) 10.
Fill out and send out warranties 11.
Bi-weekly safety reports for OSHA Job Type:
