As our Executive Assistant, you will schedule and confirm appointments and meetings, make travel arrangements, and assist executive management or President in daily management activities and matters of confidentiality.
In addition you will also prepare and distribute memos, process invoices for payment, order supplies, establish and maintain department files and logs.
Preferred candidate will have an Associate's Degree or equivalent and 3-5 years of administrative experience and training.
Must be detail oriented with thorough knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
