Qualifications:
Experience managing a law office; Ability to analyze and organize office operations and procedures; Prior bookkeeping experience a plus but not required; Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; Experience with Word, Excel, Acrobat, and legal billing software; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Skilled in managing staff; and Effective in client relations.
