Job Description:
Schedule - Wednesday - Sunday 4:
00 PM - 12:
30 AM Labor Control and Management of the day to day budgets and working closely with your teams Inspect and view all locations in your area to monitor performance and job quality Maintain a positive work environment with employees while positively enforcing policies and procedures in our company handbook Safety enforcement with all staff ensuring weekly safety meetings are held and proper documentation is kept Consistent quality control check on the Special services, Quality Control Programs and quality of work performed Possess the knowledge to perform basic computer skills (Microsoft word, Microsoft Excel) Oversee employee time keeping reports and meet with our dispatch teams Enforce proper use and care of all division equipment and supplies Identify staffing needs and make those requests to Human Resources Direct, train, review and develop a plan for all employees and stay in constant communication with Human Resources Monitor training of new employees (TSOR) Train, Supervise, Observe and Review) Skills We Are Seeking:
Time management skills with yourself while keeping all other staff within the budgeted hours allotted and strong organizational skills Experience in training and supervising new staff Knowledge in the Commercial Janitorial Maintenance Field Bilingual (Spanish) preferred, but not required Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to adapt to constant changes in the maintenance service industry Requirements Available Wednesday - Sunday Evenings Valid CA Driers License Current Car insurance Documents to work in the US.
