With the help of this individual, the owner is hoping to focus more on coaching and selling Real Estate and much less on the back-end/daily administrative tasks.
We are looking for an exceptional candidate who is willing to go above and beyond - just like other members of this team.
The ideal candidate will possess a background in Real Estate; however, this is not a requirement.
The candidate should have a proven track record of creating and implementing systems and procedures in an office atmosphere.
This person will have a strong sense of urgency and must enjoy to-do lists.
This person should have experience in administrative roles for a company or an executive.
The ideal candidate will work well with minimal supervision, be able to work in a fast-paced work environment while staying organized and focused, and gradually take on more responsibility and leadership within the team.

Compensation:

Responsibilities:
The Executive Assistant builds, implements, and manages all systems for transaction coordination, internal communication, client communication, financial management, information management, central database management, and marketing.
Acts as the primary point of contact between the client and mentees, ensuring effective communication and facilitating mentorship interactions.
Managing day-to-day office operations.
Manage and improve established systems for seller & buyer transactions, lead generation, database management, information management, and back-office support.
Running errands, following up on whatever is needed & doing some dirty work might be necessary at times.
Act as an extension of the owner, with the ability to anticipate how to act as his compliment, communicate on his behalf, and free him from distractions.
Oversees all financial systems, including maintaining the books, paying the bills, handling payroll, ensuring the collection of commissions, maintaining the budget, and generating financial reports.
Oversees all contracts through closing and manages all aspects of the operations and sales portion of the closing process.
Creates and maintains an operations manual that documents all systems and standards in writing and in video.
Maintain the culture and customer care systems to ensure business growth and referral collection from past, current, and future clients.
Coordinates the purchase, installation, and maintenance of all office equipment.
Is responsible for hiring, training, consulting, and holding accountable all additional sales agents.
Is responsible for overseeing all company marketing processes and procedures.
Maintains all accountability for sales quotas and mentors to help hit monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
Responsible for all sales tracking and all ROI tracking for lead systems.
Responsible for pulling reports that reflect the status of the business/management.
Qualifications:
3-5
years of Executive Assistant experience Incredibly service-oriented attitude Outstanding organization Strong attention to detail Tech savvy; up-to-date with the latest office gadgets and applications and able to navigate new systems quickly Able to multitask and prioritize daily workload - can work on multiple projects at once Able to work independently to support a team and appropriately manage time Effective interpersonal skills, including superior oral and written communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities Discretion and confidentiality Customer service focus Candidate will need to be willing to obtain a real estate license upon hiring (Agent will reimburse) Comfortable handling strong personalities Must be thorough and Love to-do lists This person must have a Can and Will Do attitude.
