Responsibilities:
- Process invoices, credit memos, and adjustments - Forward invoices to appropriate clients - Conduct data entry in spreadsheets and maintain accurate billing records in the system - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and issues - Assist with month-end close activities related to billing and accounts payable - Support the billing team in various administrative tasks - Reconcile attorney expense reports with receipts in system Requirements:
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail - Effective communication skills to interact with internal teams and external clients - Ability to negotiate and resolve billing issues / disputes in a professional manner Job Type:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
