We are looking for the right candidate to complement our friendly office.
We have short days on Fridays and have a very congenial work environment.
This position allows for a lot of growth and experience including direct client contact.

Qualifications:
some college, A.
A.
or Bachelors preferred.
Must type 55-60 WPM.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and Adobe Acrobat.
Knowledge of Clio is a plus.
Must be very customer service oriented and have good telephone demeanor and be able to write.
Experience in Personal Injury or Insurance Defense a plus Job
Responsibilities:
Answer phones and assist existing clients and prospective new clients by completing an intake Draft letters, memoranda and other documents Order and enter medical billings into Excel Order medical records Review incoming correspondence and scan documents Review/summarize incoming medical records Communicate with clients and medical providers on a regular basis via mail, email and text.
Calendaring and other clerical related duties including data entry into Clio Filing and organizing documents in Digital legal files and physical files Other office duties as needed Please submit resume, cover letter and writing sample.
