As part of our fulfillment team, you manage inventory, receive and fulfill orders efficiently, and process returns.
This is a fast-paced and occasionally physical position, meaning you must be able to stand, crouch, and lift objects and parcels throughout your shift.
Our ideal candidate has prior experience with order fulfillment software and strong data entry and customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
Receive and fulfill orders in a timely, efficient manner Track all orders via delivery software Note inventory levels and alert supervisors to potential issues Answer phone calls, process returns, and provide online customer service Review, process, print, and deliver sales orders to the warehouse team daily Communicate rush requests to the warehouse team and provide accurate lead times and next-day cutoff times to customers Contact customers (Stores, Maintenance, Install, QC, Development teams) to verify orders that might be missing items or confusing Review all sales orders to make sure items are not being sold below cost Update sales prices on spares from monthly margin reports and report completion of this task to accounting during monthly close Provide weekly reports on sales orders completed, open sales orders, and oldest sales order in the queue Make sure all invoices are processed daily for AR Make sure all shipments are marked completed by the end of the month and report completion of the task to accounting during the monthly close Pull backorder reports weekly Maintain communication between the warehouse team and buyers regarding stock levels and POs expected but not yet received Coordinate with manufacturing for appropriate lead times on equipment orders and custom requests Coordinate with buyers for sourcing requests on drop-ship items and one-off purchases Escalate equipment failure complaints to the COE leadership team Assist maintenance with warranty process on vendor purchased items (Example:
pumps, ozone, airsep, ect.
) Update Hot List for spares and new store items Learn and process new location sales orders weekly Monitor purchasing email and answer calls from customers Update Qstore with estimated ETAs on backorder items Help maintain user permissions, photographs, descriptions, and keywords in QStore Monitor scheduled syncs in QStore and report any errors Provide feedback to the team on frequently requested items not found in the QStore Requirements Prior experience with fulfillment software preferred The physical ability to stand, crouch, and lift objects throughout a standard workday Strong interpersonal and communication skills Computer proficiency Attention to detail Job Type:
