Responsibilities:
Assist with various office and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations for Black Diamond Real Estate and Girls Love To Fly Nonprofit.
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings for team members.
Help coordinate and promote fundraising events and donation drives for Girls Love To Fly Nonprofit.
Provide assistance to the real estate team, including administrative tasks and client communications for Black Diamond Real Estate.
Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engage with our audience.
Requirements:
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with social media platforms and experience in creating engaging content.
Previous experience in assisting nonprofit organizations and fundraising is highly desirable.
Knowledge or interest in the real estate industry is a plus.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
This position offers part-time hours initially, with the potential for a full-time opportunity in the future.
