We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Human Resources Assistant.
As a Human Resources Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of various functions.

Key
Responsibilities:
Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews with the hiring manager Assisting with onboarding new employees, including preparing offer letters and coordinating orientation Organizing highly sensitive documents, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality Assisting with special projects and tracking to completion Running reports to assist with semimonthly payroll and tracking of shift differentials Creating marketing material for online ads as well as career fairs Corresponding with technical schools to coordinate internships for local graduates Recruiting students for a quarterly Sleep Technologist course offered through CSS Sacramento, as well as providing administrative and enrollment support, managing student files, and conducting market research to offer recommendations for growth Review timecards for accuracy and process update requests
Qualifications:
1 or more year of Human Resources experience is required 1 or more year of dedicated Recruiting experience is highly preferred Must be available to work in office at our Roseville facility Knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations Ability to take initiative and work towards the completion of long-term projects Flexibility to work independently as well as part of a dynamic team Keen attention to detail as well as excellent problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize tasks and complete projects in a timely manner Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel Ability to type 45 WPM and operate standard office equipment (Fax, Scanner, Computer, etc.
