Candidates should possess a minimum of 4 years of administrative experience.
In this role, you'll collaborate with an association manager, aiding in the day-to-day operations of several associations.
Responsibilities include crafting meeting agendas, transcribing meeting minutes, compiling board packets, and administering Zoom meetings typically scheduled for evenings, necessitating some overtime.
As this role involves interaction with the public, strong customer service and conflict resolution skills are essential.
Attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting are also required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Zoom is a prerequisite.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
