SAP BRIM Operations Process lead for HPE s digital transformation.
This position will focus on Operations and Running the Business.
Come be a part of using the latest SAP technology and modernizing HPE s processes and user experience!Provides consulting to worldwide business leads that utilize SAP BRIM and drives effective business engagement for IT.
Understand the e2e quote-to-cash processes within BRIM, understands the technology stack.
Develops and maintains relationships with appropriate members of the business and IT organizations.
Facilitates conversations to discover user s needs, identifies fixes required or identifies requirements, gather feedback, resolves issues, identifies opportunities for IT to enhance operations.
Responsibilities:
Monitors productionTriages and resolves incidentsDesigns, prepares and executes unit testsCommunicates with senior executives on status and opportunities Establishes and maintains relationships with key tactical leaders and business implementation leads.
Drives for adoption of standard solutions.
Actively participates in IT projects to ensure that business, function, and geography customers are included appropriately and ensures that they receive sufficient and timely communications.
Establishes IT processes which are consistent with overall organization objectives.
Requirement gathering, functional and technical design, configuration, prototyping, integration with other applicationsEducation and Experience Required:
Minimum Bachelor's degree5 years of implementing SAP and 2 years of BRIM implementation experienceHands-on end-to-end configuration and customization knowledge in the areas of:

Understands and has experience with supporting an XaaS business.
Proven ability to quickly understand and solve unique and undocumented programming problemsDemonstrates broad technical leadership, impacting significant technical direction.
Applies in-depth or broad technical knowledge to manage global operations across various technology areas or functions.
Integrates technical expertise and business understanding to create superior solutions for the company and customers.
Strong relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently as well as with a teamAbility to understand and master new technologies and processes quicklyStrong focus on quality and generating resultsExceptional time management and organizationEnergetic and self-starting/self-disciplined with strong attention to detail Excellent communication skills, including written and oral; with the ability to present to large groups with confidenceTechnical Knowledge and Skills:
Hands on, in-depth Subscription to Cash experience on the BRIM platform with knowledge of specific flows of the e2e subscription processImplementation experiences on SAP BRIM end to end, specifically RAR, BRIM to RAR Integration, BRF
rules and RAR 5 step processes, RAR Allocation and types , SSP, Tolerances and SSP determination, RAR Configuration and IntegrationsHands-on end-to-end configuration and customization knowledge in the areas of:
RARKnowledge and familiarity with pricing, rate cards, master agreements, solution quotes, AVC, ODI, BRF+Familiarity with BRIM CM, CC, CI, RAR, FI-CA BRIM data dictionary knowledge Solution Manager and transport management experience Bonus of having knowledge of BAPIs, business events, user-exits in the area of SAP BRIM RAR and FICA.
S4/HANA processes, technical and integration knowledge.
