Contracts Manager
A well-established construction and engineering company based in Roseville, CA is seeking a Contracts Manager to join their growing team! Reporting directly to the Director of Finance and working closely with the companyu2019s outside counsels, this is an essential role. The Contracts Manager is responsible for the comprehensive management of the companyu2019s contracts, execution and compliance of all contractual obligations, and maintenance of insurance certificates.
Responsibilities
Ensure that all contracts are reviewed, fully executed, and tracked to completion before project launch.
Manage insurance certificates from brokers and distribute to project owners in a timely fashion.
Collaborate with bonding broker to secure necessary bonds and maintain electronic copies in companyu2019s records.
Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure that all departments are informed and compliant with contractual requirements.
Work closely with subcontractors to establish and finalize subcontracts and work authorizations.
Monitor and maintain all OCIP insurance certificates and documentation.
Qualifications
Bacheloru2019s degree and/or paralegal degree and/or 5
years of relevant work experience as a Contracts Manager.Construction industry experience highly preferred.
Proficiency in drafting and reviewing contracts.
Capability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities with precision and efficiency.
The compensation range for this role is $85,000-$110,000. The company also provides excellent benefits, including fully-paid-for health benefits (for both employees and dependents) and a 401(k) match of 4%.
