Associate General Counsel - VP
The candidate will be a member of the Asset Preservation Department and will work collaboratively with other members of the organization and will report directly to the VP of Operations. Will provide a broad range of legal services in support of the business and its affiliates (the company). Responsible for primary or back-up legal support of one or more of the following business areas and other activities: compliance; privacy/security; IT; operations mortgage origination, servicing, lending and ancillary title insurance services; facilities (leases, vendor support, third party contracts); government relations; client audits; corporate/administration; litigation; client contracts (negotiation, administration, dispute resolution); vendor contracts that specifically support operations in that region; RFPs; client audit liaison; regulatory filings, issues, exams, licensing; and compliance with state and federal laws and regulations.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
