Role and Responsibilities:
Revionics is seeking a staff accountant to join our rapidly growing organization. This individual will be working with the Finance and Accounting team to provide high quality service and data to the organization. The ideal candidate will have solid experience with Concur, Quickbooks, accounts payable and account reconciliations. Perform Monthly Reconciliation Process for General Ledger Accounts
Prepare financial reports
Input and process Accounts Payable
Prepare IRS Form 1099
Research and document approvals based on vendor contracts
Review and process expense reports
Reconcile corporate credit card on a monthly basis
Organize billable travel invoices for customers
Data entry and filing, as needed
Daily reconciliation of bank accounts
Communicate with employees and senior staff via email, in person and over the phone
Draft and edit policies to adapt to the growth of the business
Manage vendor relationships
Assist with annual financial statement audit
Requirements:
Three+ ye ars of experience in the accounting field
Experience analyzing and preparing financial statements
Experience working with Quickbooks or equivalent accounting software
Experience working with Concur
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in 10-key and data entry
Proficient in Microsoft Office software
Experience preparing and filing IRS Form 1099

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
