Help Desk - (6+ month contract)

Customer Service Representative to assist with a new CMIPS II ADA Compliance program.
The purpose is to enable and improve the ability of the service provided to Blind or Visually Impaired (BVI) population who are served under the IHSS program.
Job responsibilities involve answering incoming calls and logging decisions in the system.
Additionally, reading the representatives will be responsible for reading Notices of Actions to recipients.

Education and

High School Diploma or equivalent; may hold 2 year post-high school Degree; may hold Bachelor's degree.
Typically, 3-5 years of working experience in related fields
Knowledge and Skills:

Computer knowledge
Ability to research and resolve inquiries
Ability to read and interpret information

Hourly Rate:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
