PV Designer
MEP consulting firm seeks entry level designer or very experienced drafter for photo voltaic (PV) designs. Experience in PV is not as important as electrical design experience. Report to our designers. Eleven (11) year old company with only one negative year (of growth) in 2011. The electrical department does work all over Northern California, Hawaii, and Louisiana. We have many repeat customers who send us the same type of work repeatedly for years.
You must be an expert at the latest versions of AutoCAD. Typical office programs are also used continually, Excel, Outlook, Word, etc. You should have had experience either at another consulting firm or for design/build electrical contractors producing plans. Basic algebra skills are important, being able to plug known or measurable values into an equation, calculate the results and look up information in tables.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
