Customer Service Administrator

Qualifications
This successful candidate must enjoy customer relationship building and management by phone and email by being an effective communicator with clear writing skills. Must be a team player, but also be able to work independently. Prior experience with multi-tasking, Microsoft office products, and an assortment of CRM databases and ERP are very important. Prior experience in medical products, sales support, accounting and manufacturing are very helpful. Excellent organizational and time management skills a must. CRM database solution experience, preferably Salesforce.com is required. Associate Degree or equivalent experience in office management required.
The responsibilities include:
o Providing technical support to customer base by telephone and email.
o Support customer service activity
o Receive inbound calls and web inquiries and distribute to appropriate team(s)
o Answers questions about company products and services
o Create customer profile
o Coordinate clinical training and In-service
o Provide support to international and OEM business partners
o Accurately update activities, contact and account information into the CRM and Sales Management System (Salesforce)
o Process Customer Service Requests
o Receive inbound calls regarding complaints.
o Identify, research and resolve customer issues or complaints
o Keys in sales orders and return authorization information
o Receives and tracks parts for repair and return
o Dispatches service and installation calls for the domestic market
o Maintains CRM database to track complaints and requests
o Creates reports and other documentation needed by sales and customer service
o Primary contact for parts orders via phone and email
o CRM database user/manager:
o Assist Sales Representatives & material support
o Other duties as directed by Customer Service Manager

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
