Mortgage Loan Processing Assistant
Job Description
Assist processor in the entire loan processing process. Interface with Loan Agents, clients and outside vendors.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
o Review file for complete documentation. o Assist the processor with ordering Preliminary title report, appraisal if required. o Follow up with client and Loan Agent after approval. o Order conditions from borrow or other outside source. o Must be able to communicate effectively with internal staff and external vendors o Monitor files progress through the system
Preferred Qualifications
o Background in the use of Point is essential o Background in data trac helpful o Ability to work in a fast paced fluid environment o Proficient in Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint o The ability to manage information flow from the loan agent to the processor o Good communication skills o The ability to handle multiple files in different stages of processing o Must be organized to keep track of inventory o High level of integrity and confidentiality requiredEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
