Recruiting Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the delivery team (managers, recruiters and on-sites) to effectively prioritize orders and source for top quality candidates.
- Target the most qualified candidates and screen resumes to identify potential matches
- Follow up with candidates to answer any questions regarding an opportunity, recruiter or client utilizing phone screening practice
Requirements:
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent research and multi-tasking skills with computers, Microsoft Office Suite and the Internet.
- Customer service or call center experience is a plusEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
