Summary:
To assure defined operations within the zone are running effectively with a focus on the customer experience for all zone personnel.
Support and oversee all phases of field operations within zone through strong leadership, information sharing, team building and training and development of new team members.
ESSENTIAL
Responsibilities:
Provide support to Regional Operations Managers for coordination of equipment sales and service process, ensuring all centers TSM's are working together as a team to provide maximum customer satisfaction (as measured via customer service surveys).
Foster a cohesive environment between sales and service.
Work directly with Regional Operations Managers and Service Hub Managers ensuring compliance to all service procedures including inventory, safety, regulatory and security matters.
Manage zone operations-related expenses within corporate guidelines and ratios.
Oversee Regional Managers and Regional Operations Managers in approvals for lease renewals, dispositions and new site selections.
Manage and resolve zone TSM issues and concerns in a professional and diplomatic manner, requesting the assistance of Human Resources when necessary.
Regularly coach and counsel Regional Operations Managers and other zone TSMs towards attaining performance and career goals.
Work with Human Resources and Regional Operations Manager team to determine staffing needs, ensuring quality candidates are sourced for open positions.
Serve as a liaison between the zone, corporate and regional management teams.
Attend specified zone, regional and local meetings as needed.
Qualifications
Experience:
Prior management experience of 5 years required.
Dental experience preferred, but not mandatory.
Operations management knowledge required.
OTHER:
College degree strongly preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills required.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop people in a team environment.
Exceptional organization, verbal, and written communication skills.
Computer Skills, including spreadsheet capabilities required.
Available to travel.
Valid driver's license required.
Primary Location:
USA-CA-Roseville.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
