Job Description
Keysight Technologies a company expanding the boundaries of test and measurement technology, is seeking a proven leader in our Roseville, CA services facility. You will supervise a strong team of calibration and repair technicians and advance our customer focus by delivering on time services across our portfolio of signal analyzers. Maintaining our level of quality is no small task. You will build relationships both with our customers and your partners around the world and coach the local team for continuous improvement. You will navigate and improve processes and rely on data to support business decisions. Your team delivers calibration, repair and upgrade services at the cutting edge of emerging technology while maintaining established products with speed and unmatched quality. Together, our expertise with data and your passion for T & M instrumentation service help our customers connect and secure the world.
Job Qualifications
Strongly desired
Associates in Electronic Technology (prefer Bachelor s in Electrical/Electronic Engineering) or equivalent experience.
A minimum of 10 years working experience with electronic measurements, up to 110GHz
Experience managing a calibration and repair team for T&M instrumentation.
Demonstrated ability to tackle complex problems requiring breadth/depth of knowledge of repair, calibration, metrology principles, repair and preventative maintenance techniques equipment and processes.
Ability to successfully motivate and keep technical teams engaged and productive.
Demonstrated leadership in complex technical areas.
Proven track record of managing multiple tasks, projects, activities & deadlines successfully.
Excellent communications skills & experience in building relationships across organizations.
Thorough knowledge of metrology principles and measurement uncertainties.
Strong leadership skills biased toward communications, employee development, and management-by-objectives.
Demonstrated track record of maintaining strong customer relationships with supporting metrics.
Familiarity with LEAN and Six Sigma to drive process improvements and efficiency gains.
Demonstrated effectiveness in communicating plans & objectives to a technical team.
Experience operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing and calibrating electronic precision measurement equipment and calibration standards.
