Service Tech Coordinator

Job Description

Tests, calibrates/validates, and repairs electronic or analytical instruments, products, and modules to maintain functionality and accuracy. Service is performed on Keysight products and/or products manufactured by another company. Work is typically performed at a Keysight site but occasionally is performed at a customer location. Interprets customer requirements and potential needs to meet customer satisfaction goals. Responsible for test, repair, preventative maintenance, calibration, and refurbishment duties which require planning and judgment, including meeting established customer deliverables Solves a broad range of technical problems of varying scope and complexity including microwave hardware and associated software. Contributes to established procedure improvements to assignments and procedures.

Job Qualifications

Requires some higher education or specialized training/certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Typically minimum of 3 years relevant experience for entry to this level. Requires complete understanding of general and technical aspects of job.
